From the first day, it made noise, creaking plastic and the fan could be heard. Over time, the noise increased. After 2 years (after the warranty expired), the noise became unbearable. I identified the problem in the motor of the internal fan (the bearing seats are bad, causing the rotor to wobble and make noise). It is difficult to remove compared to other air conditioners, and even more difficult to find and purchase. I repaired it initially, but it only lasted for a year. As for performance, it is fine, but what good is it if the noise bothers you and you are forced to change the motor?
Από την πρώτη μέρα έκανε θόρυβο, πλαστικά που τρίζουν και ακουγόταν ο ανεμιστήρας, με το πέρασμα του χρόνου ο θόρυβος αυξήθηκε, από τα 2 χρόνια κ έπειτα (αφού έληξε η εγγύηση) ο θόρυβος άρχισε να γίνεται ανυπόφορος , εντόπισα το πρόβλημα στο μοτέρ του εσωτερικού ανεμιστήρα ( τα έδρανα των ρουλεμάν είναι κακά με αποτέλεσμα ο ρότορας να ταλαντώνεται και να γρανιάρει} το οποίο σε σχέση με άλλα κλιματιστικά αφαιρείται δύσκολα και ακόμα πιο δύσκολα το βρίσκεις να το αγοράσεις. Σε πρώτη φάση το επισκεύασα, , αλλά κράτησε ένα χρόνο. Σε ότι αφορά την απόδοση είναι εντάξει αλλά τι να το κάνεις αν σε ζαλίζει ο θόρυβος του και αναγκάζεσαι να αλλάξεις μοτέρ;

2.5 Χρόνια συνεχόμενης λειτουργίας, τόσο στην ψύξη και περισσότερο στην θέρμανση (ως μόνου θερμαντικού μέσου στο σπίτι) και για τα χρήματα 850 ευρώ που το αγόρασα εγώ το 2019, μπορώ να πω, ότι δουλεύει σαν σκυλί, χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. I have had it for a year, it has lasted through 2 summers and I can say I am satisfied. I read about noise in the external unit, but I don't hear anything.
In the room, it's not exactly quiet but it doesn't bother me. When the blinds go up and down, the plastic makes a little noise and it's somewhat annoying.

Ικανοποιημένος και από την ψύξη και από το sleep mode. Το βαζω αρχικα στο 3 για να παγωσει το δωματιο και μετα βγαζω τη νυχτα στο 1 ανετα.

Είναι πάρα πολύ καλό για τα λεφτά του, αν το ρυθμίσεις σωστά δεν κάνει πολύ θόρυβο, ίσα που ακούγεται! πολύ καλή απόδοση στην ψύξη, στην θέρμανση δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα πρόσφατα το πήρα, είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος αξίζει τα λεφτά του το συνιστώ με 1000!!! Επίσης μια συμβουλή. θέλει μεγάλη προσοχή στην εγκατάσταση του κλιματιστικου τα περισσότερα μαστορια δουλεύουν άρπα κόλλα δύο τρεις ώρες το πολύ και γειά σας. δεν είναι έτσι όμως εμένα ο ψυκτικός αφού εξηγήσε πως και τι και γιατί... από τις δέκα το πρωί που ξεκίνησε τελείωσε πέντε το απόγευμα μεγάλη σημασία έχουν οι κλήσης στους σωλήνες και στην αποχέτευση του κλιματιστικου!!! από κακή εγκατάσταση μπορεί να χαλάσει το κλιματιστικό !!! σε αυτή την περίπτωση δεν σε καλύπτει η εγγύηση, και αντε βρες τον μάστορα που στο εγκατέστησε για να σε αποζημιώσει...!

We have had it since August and we live in an area with a lot of humidity and relatively close to the sea. The house is 93 sq.m. Its price combines high performance in both heating and cooling. Μετά απο πολύ ψάξιμο καταλήξαμε σε αυτό αφού Διαβάσαμε πολλές κριτικές στο σκρουντζ για πολλα κλιματιστικά. Το έχουμε απο τον Αύγουστο και μένουμε σε περιοχή με πολλή υγρασία και σχετικά κοντά στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι είναι 93τ.μ.
η τιμή του συνδυάζει υψηλή απόδοση τόσο σε θέρμανση όσο και σε ψύξη.
Εύκολος χειρισμός. Μέτρια ποιότητα κατασκευής γιατί τα πλαστικά κάνουν λίγο θόρυβο στο ξεκίνημα της λειτουργίας του. Ωραίο design και οικονομική απόδοση.

Unacceptably noisy to the point that it is unbearable. Only in quiet mode is it okay, but even in that mode, it cannot maintain the desired temperature, let alone reach it. The I-sense function often fails to signal the internal unit, making it almost useless. The cooling performance is tragic, unless you set it to the highest level, but even then, it can be heard up to 3 meters outside the room!
It performs much better in heat (surprisingly, even in quiet mode), but once it reaches the desired temperature, it shuts off and then turns back on... it operates like an on-off system rather than an inverter... the result is that the machine struggles and consumes a lot of electricity... in other words, it's not worth anything, the Toyotomi dealership simply doesn't exist anywhere, and this purchase was a complete waste of money... The solution is to recycle this "air conditioner" and buy a proper machine that is truly silent, inverter, and works as a silent inverter.
Απαράδεκτα θορυβώδες σε βαθμό που δεν αντέχεται.Μόνο στη λειτουργια quiet ειναι οκ αλλά και σε αυτήν δεν μπορεί ούτε καν να διατηρήσει τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία στη ψύξη πόσο μάλιστα να την πιάσει.Η λειτουργία Ι-sense ξεχνάει συχνά να δώσει σήμα στην εσωτερική μονάδα με αποτέλεσμα να είναι σχεδόν άχρηστη...Η απόδοση στην ψύξη είναι τραγική, εκτός αν το βάλεις στην 3η σκάλα και πάνω, στην οποία όμως ακούγεται μέχρι και 3 μέτρα έξω από το δωμάτιο!!!!
Στη ζέστη αποδίδει πολύ καλύτερα (παραδόξως και στη λειτουργια quiet) όμως εκεί όταν πιάσει τη θερμοκρασία κλείνει και μετά ξανανοίγει....λειτουργεί σαν on-off δηλαδή και όχι σαν inverter....το αποτέλεσμα είναι να ζορίζεται το μηχάνημα και να καίει πάρα πολύ ρεύμα....με λίγα λόγια δεν αξίζει τίποτα,η αντιπροσωπεία της toyotomi απλά δεν υπάρχει πουθενά και η αγορά αυτή για μένα ήταν πετάμένα τελείως χρήματα....Η λύση είναι να πάει για ανακύκλωση το εν λόγω "κλιματιστικό" και η αγορά ενός κανονικού μηχανήματος που να είναι πράγματι αθόρυβο inverter και να δουλεύει σαν αθόρυβο inverter.....

Στα θετικά ότι έχει ηλεκτρικές κάθετες περσίδες για την κατανομή του αέρα στο δωμάτιο.
Έχοντας κι άλλα toyotomi, ομολογώ ότι απογοητεύτηκα και δεν θα συνιστούσα την αγορά του.

Update: After 2+ years, it started making discreet noises (mainly on the high setting). Also, many times it stops working on its own. It suddenly shuts down while it's still working. In the questions, I saw that others have this issue too. I unplugged it and plugged it back in after an hour, but the problem wasn't solved, and unfortunately, I am out of warranty for these issues. Πολυ καλη αποδοση στη ψυξη, αρκετα δυνατο και αρκετα αθορυβο. Σε θερμανση δεν εχει δοκιμαστει. Η λειτουργια μεσω wifi σου λυνει τα χερια. Καποιες φορες δεν μπορει να συνδεθει και χρειαζεται να προσπαθησεις λιγο παραπανω αλλα το αποτελεσμα σε αποζημιωνει. Αγορα στα 600€ (μαζι με την τοποθετηση) απο μεγαλη γνωστη αλυσιδα.
Update: Μετα απο 2+ χρονια ξεκινησε να κανει κατι διακριτικους θορυβους (κατα κυριο λογο στη μεγαλη σκαλα). Επισης πολλες φορες σταματαει να δουλευει μονο του. Εκει που δουλευει δηλαδη ξαφνικα κλεινει απο μονο του. Στις ερωτησεις ειδα οτι το εχουν και αλλοι αυτο το θεμα. Το εβγαλα απο τη πριζα και το ξαναεβαλα μετα απο ωρα αλλα το προβλημα δεν λυθηκε και δυσατυχως ειμαι και εκτος εγγυησης για τα παραπανω προβληματα. Επισης η εφαρμογη για το wifi πλεον 1 δουλευει και 9 δεν κανει ουτε login. Αλλαζω τη κριτικη απο 5 σε 3 αστερια

Μολις το εγκατεστησα. Μεγεθος εσωτερικης μοναδας τεραστιο οπως επισης και εξωτερικης. Απο λειτουργιες στο χειριστηριο εχει πολλες οπως ρυθμιση περσιδων πανω κατω δεξια αριστερα wifi κτλ. Απο θορυβο μια μοναδα σαν αυτη στα 24 οκ βγαζει καποιο θορυβο ο οποιος ειναι σχετικος αναλογα τον καθε εναν χρηστη.Η εφαρμογη του wifi ειναι η EWPE SMART η οποια με λιγο υπομονη συνδεετε γρηγορα και εκει σε πολυ καλο interface σου δινει ακομη περισσοτερες λειτουργειες οπως η 8c λειτουργεια για συντηρηση του χωρου το χειμωνα. Περι πλακετων το θεμα ο χρονος θα δειξει και ολα ειναι σχετικα. Σαν κατασκευη προς το παρον στο τεσταρισμα φαινεται στιβαρο χωρις τριγμους κτλ.

Immediate heating and cooling in a 50 square meter space. I have been using it for a year without any problems and I am very satisfied. It is a bit noisy but acceptable!
Update: Poor quality plastics. They break on their own after 2 years of use. I replaced them and the same thing is happening again gradually. However, in terms of performance, it works fine.
Αμεση θερμανση και ψυξη σε χωρο 50 τετραγωνικων. Το δουλευω ενα χρονο απροβληματιστα και ειμαι πολυ ευχαριστημενος. Λιγο θορυβωδες αλλα αποδεκτο!
update: κακης ποιοτητας πλαστικα. ραγιζουν μονα τους μετα απο 2 χρονια χρησης. Τα αλλαξα και παλι συμβαινει σιγα σιγα το ιδιο, κατα τα αλλα οσον αφορα την αποδοση μια χαρα.
It does what it's supposed to do (winter/heating, for now), but it makes A LOT of noise and, moreover, when the room reaches the desired temperature instead of significantly reducing the fan speed, it blows out lukewarm air at high speed. This means that it continues to make noise, at least more than it would if it reduced the speed and not the temperature of the outgoing air. ALL the other AC units I have (Inventor good series, CooperHunter good series, Corona 25-year anniversary but fully made in Japan) do the exact opposite: they reduce the fan speed significantly (thus reducing the noise) while still blowing out hot air.
UPDATE see below.
BUT I have the following issue: in the last 4 uses, 3 times it has stopped working on its own, without anyone touching either the remote control or the wifi (I live alone). And it happened in different scenarios:
a) after working steadily for 3-4 hours.
b) when I turned it on, after the outdoor unit started but before the indoor unit started blowing (within the first 5 minutes).
c) 10-15 minutes after it started working.
UPDATE 21/3/19
Following the advice of the dealership, "unplug it completely for about an hour to reset the circuit board in case it has encountered a glitch," and so it was done and the problem stopped. Why this happens in a new and good machine and how acceptable it is, is another issue...
But I also have the following (I assume, because it doesn't seem correct to me) issue, which it has been doing from the beginning and continues to do:
When it approaches the desired temperature, it reduces its operating speed to medium with lukewarm air (thus it continues to make noise, as I mentioned at the beginning). When it REACHES the desired temperature (either with the machine's sensor or with i-sense), it completely stops for a considerable amount of time (as if it were conventional on-off and not inverter), freezing the living room, and then starts again at full speed and then medium, until it stops completely. It does not maintain a minimum operating speed to keep the temperature stable. I have not seen this in any inverter machine that has passed through my hands, ALL of which, when the room reaches the desired temperature, reduce their speed significantly but continue to blow out hot air and maintain the temperature.
Κάνει αυτά που πρέπει να κάνει (χειμώνα/θέρμανση, προς το παρόν), αλλά κάνει ΠΟΛΥ θόρυβο και μάλιστα όταν το δωμάτιο πιάσει θερμοκρασία αντί να ρίξει σημαντικά τη ταχύτητα του ανεμιστήρα, βγάζει χλιαρότερο αέρα με μεγάλη ταχύτητα. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι συνεχίζει να έχει θόρυβο, τουλάχιστον περισσότερο από όσο θα είχε αν έριχνε τη ταχύτητα και όχι τη θερμοκρασία του εξερχόμενου αέρα. ΟΛΑ τα άλλα AC που έχω (Inventor καλή σειρά, CooperHunter καλή σειρά, Corona 25ετίας αλλά fully made in Japan) κάνουν ακριβώς το ανάποδο: ρίχνουν πολύ τη ταχύτητα του αέρα (άρα μειώνεται ο θόρυβος) συνεχίζοντας να βγάζουν πολύ θερμό αέρα.

ΑΛΛΑ έχω το εξής θέμα: στις τελευταίες 4 χρήσεις, τις 3 φορές έχει σταματήσει από μόνο του να δουλεύει, χωρίς να πειράξει κανείς (ζω μόνος) είτε το χειριστήριο, είτε το wifi. Και μάλιστα σε διαφορετικά σενάρια:
α) αφού δούλευε σταθερά για 3-4 ώρες.
β) όταν το άναψα, αφού πήρε η εξωτερική μονάδα αλλά πριν καν ξεκινήσει η εσωτερική να φυσάει (δηλαδή μέσα στο 5λεπτο).
γ) 10-15 λεπτά αφού είχε ξεκινήσει να δουλεύει.
UPDATE 21/3/19
Κατόπιν συμβουλής της αντιπροσωπείας, "βγάλτο από το ρεύμα τελείως για καμμιά ώρα να κάνει reset η πλακέτα μπας και έχει φάει κάνα σκάλωμα", και έτσι έγινε και σταμάτησε το πρόβλημα. Το γιατί να συμβαίνει σε καινούριο και καλό μηχάνημα και πόσο είναι αποδεκτό, είναι άλλο θέμα...
Αλλά έχω και το παρακάτω (υποθέτω, γιατί εμένα δεν μου στέκει ως ορθή λειτουργία) πρόβλημα, που επίσης μου έκανε από την αρχή και συνεχίζει να κάνει:
Όταν πλησιάζει τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία ρίχνει τις στροφές λειτουργίας του πχ στη μέτρια ταχύτητα με χλιαρό αέρα (άρα συνεχίζει να κάνει θόρυβο, όπως γράφω στην αρχή). Όταν ΠΙΑΣΕΙ τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία (είτε με το σένσορα του μηχανήματος είτε με το i-sense), σταματάει ΤΕΛΕΙΩΣ για αρκετή ώρα (σαν να ήταν συμβατικό on-off και όχι inverter), παγώνει το σαλόνι, και μετά φτου από την αρχή με τέρμα γκάζι και μετά μέτριο, μέχρι πάλι να σταματήσει τελείως. Δεν κρατάει δηλαδή μια ελάχιστη ταχύτητα λειτουργίας ώστε να διατηρεί τη θερμοκρασία σταθερή. Αυτό δεν το έχω δει σε κανένα μηχάνημα inverter που έχει περάσει από τα χέρια μου, τα οποία ΟΛΑ όταν φτάσει το δωμάτιο στη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία ρίχνουν τη ταχύτητά τους πολύ χαμηλά αλλά συνεχίζουν να βγάζουν ζεστό αέρα και να διατηρούν τη θερμοκρασία.

I am very satisfied with its performance in achieving room temperature up to 20°C.
As for the noise, I can tolerate it only at the lowest level of the fan, on the other levels, it feels like you're on a ship.

Ως προς το θόρυβο το ανέχομαι μόνο στην χαμηλότερη σκάλα του ανεμιστήρα, στις άλλες σκάλες νομίζεις ότι είσαι σε καράβι.

Purchased in December 2018. Very powerful, tested only for heating. In 5 minutes, it turns a 54 square meter apartment with good insulation into an oven, even with 4 degrees outside. Its only drawback is that it is noisy, unless you switch it to the quiet mode. It's worth its money
Αγορα Δεκέμβριος 2018. Πολυ δυνατό δοκιμασμένο μόνο σε θέρμανση. Σε 5 λεπτά διαμέρισμα 54 τετρ με καλη μονωση το κάνει φούρνο με 4 βαθμούς έξω. Το μόνο του μειονέκτημα είναι θορυβώδες, εκτός εάν το γυρίσεις στη λειτουργία quite.

After 8 months of use, I can tell you the following. In terms of cooling and heating performance, I have no issues. What I noticed and find unacceptable is the noise that the plastic parts make during operation in heating mode and immediately after. It sounds like clapping. Especially during sleep, its operation becomes prohibitive. Having purchased several air conditioners, I am aware of the issue with expansion and contraction. However, with the Kuro, the problem is significant. For the amount of money it costs, it has very poor quality plastic. I understand this myself and my ears confirm it. Regarding the issue, I contacted the dealership and they sent a technician to examine it. Fortunately, the employees did not dismiss me and told me they would pass on what they heard. Unfortunately, no one followed up with me for over a month after that visit.
With this experience, I postponed the purchase of 2 more of the same air conditioners and turned to another company. I would not recommend buying it, especially for installation in bedrooms.
Lastly, regarding the WiFi application, it disconnects whenever it wants, as others have also mentioned.
Μετά από 8 μήνες χρήσης του μπορώ να σας πω τα εξής. Σε θέμα απόδοσης ψύξης - θέρμανσης δεν έχω κανένα πρόβλημα. Αυτό που παρατήρησα και θεωρώ απαράδεκτο είναι ο θόρυβος που κάνουν τα πλαστικά του κατατγν διάρκεια λειτουργίας σε θέρμανση και αμέσως μετά. Ένα πράγμα σαν να παιζει κλακέτες. Εν ώρα ύπνου ειδικά καταντά απαγορευτική η λειτουργία του. Έχοντας αγοράσει αρκετά Κλιματιστικά, το θέμα με τις συστολες - διαστολες είναι γνωστό. Στην περίπτωση του Kuro όμως το πρόβλημα είναι μεγάλο. Για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει έχει πολύ κακής ποιότητας πλαστικά. Αυτό καταλαβαίνω εγώ και τα αυτιά μου. Σε αναφορά του θέματος στην αντιπροσωπεία, μου έστειλαν συνεργείο για να εξετάσουν το θέμα. Ευτυχώς οι υπάλληλοι δεν με έβγαλαν τρελό και μου είπαν ότι θα μεταφέρουν ότι άκουσαν. Δυστυχώς δεν ασχολήθηκε κάνεις μαζί μου ένα μήνα και παραπάνω από την επίσκεψη αυτή.
Με την εμπειρία αυτή, ανέβαλλα την αγορά άλλων 2 ίδιων κλιματιστικών και απευθύνθηκα σε άλλη εταιρεία. Δεν θα συστηνα την αγορά του και ειδικά για τοποθέτηση σε υπνοδωμάτια.
Τέλος για την εφαρμογή WiFi ότι αποσυνδέεται οπότε θέλει, το έχουν πει και άλλοι.

2.5 Χρόνια συνεχόμενης λειτουργίας, τόσο στην ψύξη και περισσότερο στην θέρμανση (ως μόνου θερμαντικού μέσου στο σπίτι) και για τα χρήματα 850 ευρώ που το αγόρασα εγώ το 2019, μπορώ να πω, ότι δουλεύει σαν σκυλί, χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα. Για τα τετραγωνικά που καλύπτει και για τα 24.000 BTU που είναι το δικό μου, σε σχέση με την απόδοση και την τιμή, που το πήρα εγώ, δύσκολα βρίσκεις κάτι αντίστοιχο. Ακούω παράπονα για καμένες πλακέτες κτλ. Αυτό μπορεί να συμβεί σε κάθε μηχάνημα. Όσο για τον θόρυβο των πλαστικών που αναφέρονται κάποιοι άλλοι αγοραστές, θέλω να πω, ότι αυτό συμβαίνει στο σύνολο των κλιματιστικών της αγοράς, κυρίως κατά την λειτουργία θέρμανσης σε επιλογή υψηλής θερμοκρασίας. Προσωπικά είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος μέχρι στιγμής. Αν χρειαζόταν να αγοράσα ξανά κάποιο κλιματιστικό, πάλι το ίδιο, θα αγόραζα.
Everything was fine with this air conditioner until it stopped working... for 3.5 years, 1,200 euros, and no support, it's not worth it. The circuit board got burned.

The circuit board was replaced with a 200 euro order from the company, and the technician took another 50.

Αντικαταστάθηκε η πλακέτα με 200 ευρώ με παραγγελία από την εταιρεία και άλλα 50 πήρε ο τεχνικός.
I have had it for a year, it has lasted through 2 summers and I can say I am satisfied. I read about noise in the external unit, but I don't hear anything.
In the room, it's not exactly quiet but it doesn't bother me. When the blinds go up and down, the plastic makes a little noise and it's somewhat annoying.
Satisfied with the cooling and the sleep mode. I initially set it to 3 to cool the room and then I comfortably switch it to 1 at night.
I haven't used the heating yet.

Στο δωμάτιο, εντάξει δεν ειναι και αθόρυβο αλλα δεν με ενοχλει. Όταν οι περσιδες ανεβοκατεβαινουν τριζουν λιγο τα πλαστικα και ειναι ενοχλητικό καπως.
Ικανοποιημένος και από την ψύξη και από το sleep mode. Το βαζω αρχικα στο 3 για να παγωσει το δωματιο και μετα βγαζω τη νυχτα στο 1 ανετα.
Θέρμανση δεν το εχω χρησιμοποιησει ακομη.

Είναι πάρα πολύ καλό για τα λεφτά του, αν το ρυθμίσεις σωστά δεν κάνει πολύ θόρυβο, ίσα που ακούγεται! πολύ καλή απόδοση στην ψύξη, στην θέρμανση δεν το έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα πρόσφατα το πήρα, είμαι πολύ ευχαριστημένος αξίζει τα λεφτά του το συνιστώ με 1000!!! Επίσης μια συμβουλή. θέλει μεγάλη προσοχή στην εγκατάσταση του κλιματιστικου τα περισσότερα μαστορια δουλεύουν άρπα κόλλα δύο τρεις ώρες το πολύ και γειά σας. δεν είναι έτσι όμως εμένα ο ψυκτικός αφού εξηγήσε πως και τι και γιατί... από τις δέκα το πρωί που ξεκίνησε τελείωσε πέντε το απόγευμα μεγάλη σημασία έχουν οι κλήσης στους σωλήνες και στην αποχέτευση του κλιματιστικου!!! από κακή εγκατάσταση μπορεί να χαλάσει το κλιματιστικό !!! σε αυτή την περίπτωση δεν σε καλύπτει η εγγύηση, και αντε βρες τον μάστορα που στο εγκατέστησε για να σε αποζημιώσει...!

We have had it since August and we live in an area with a lot of humidity and relatively close to the sea. The house is 93 sq.m. Its price combines high performance in both heating and cooling. Μετά απο πολύ ψάξιμο καταλήξαμε σε αυτό αφού Διαβάσαμε πολλές κριτικές στο σκρουντζ για πολλα κλιματιστικά. Το έχουμε απο τον Αύγουστο και μένουμε σε περιοχή με πολλή υγρασία και σχετικά κοντά στη θάλασσα. Το σπίτι είναι 93τ.μ.
η τιμή του συνδυάζει υψηλή απόδοση τόσο σε θέρμανση όσο και σε ψύξη.

Unacceptably noisy to the point that it is unbearable. Only in quiet mode is it okay, but even in that mode, it cannot maintain the desired temperature, let alone reach it. The I-sense function often fails to signal the internal unit, making it almost useless. The cooling performance is tragic, unless you set it to the highest level, but even then, it can be heard up to 3 meters outside the room!
It performs much better in heat (surprisingly, even in quiet mode), but once it reaches the desired temperature, it shuts off and then turns back on... it operates like an on-off system rather than an inverter... the result is that the machine struggles and consumes a lot of electricity... in other words, it's not worth anything, the Toyotomi dealership simply doesn't exist anywhere, and this purchase was a complete waste of money... The solution is to recycle this "air conditioner" and buy a proper machine that is truly silent, inverter, and works as a silent inverter.
Απαράδεκτα θορυβώδες σε βαθμό που δεν αντέχεται.Μόνο στη λειτουργια quiet ειναι οκ αλλά και σε αυτήν δεν μπορεί ούτε καν να διατηρήσει τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία στη ψύξη πόσο μάλιστα να την πιάσει.Η λειτουργία Ι-sense ξεχνάει συχνά να δώσει σήμα στην εσωτερική μονάδα με αποτέλεσμα να είναι σχεδόν άχρηστη...Η απόδοση στην ψύξη είναι τραγική, εκτός αν το βάλεις στην 3η σκάλα και πάνω, στην οποία όμως ακούγεται μέχρι και 3 μέτρα έξω από το δωμάτιο!!!!
Στη ζέστη αποδίδει πολύ καλύτερα (παραδόξως και στη λειτουργια quiet) όμως εκεί όταν πιάσει τη θερμοκρασία κλείνει και μετά ξανανοίγει....λειτουργεί σαν on-off δηλαδή και όχι σαν inverter....το αποτέλεσμα είναι να ζορίζεται το μηχάνημα και να καίει πάρα πολύ ρεύμα....με λίγα λόγια δεν αξίζει τίποτα,η αντιπροσωπεία της toyotomi απλά δεν υπάρχει πουθενά και η αγορά αυτή για μένα ήταν πετάμένα τελείως χρήματα....Η λύση είναι να πάει για ανακύκλωση το εν λόγω "κλιματιστικό" και η αγορά ενός κανονικού μηχανήματος που να είναι πράγματι αθόρυβο inverter και να δουλεύει σαν αθόρυβο inverter.....

Στα θετικά ότι έχει ηλεκτρικές κάθετες περσίδες για την κατανομή του αέρα στο δωμάτιο.
Έχοντας κι άλλα toyotomi, ομολογώ ότι απογοητεύτηκα και δεν θα συνιστούσα την αγορά του.
Very good cooling performance, quite powerful and quite silent. It has not been tested for heating. The wifi function solves your problems. Update: After 2+ years, it started making discreet noises (mainly on the high setting). Also, many times it stops working on its own. It suddenly shuts down while it's still working. In the questions, I saw that others have this issue too. I unplugged it and plugged it back in after an hour, but the problem wasn't solved, and unfortunately, I am out of warranty for these issues. Πολυ καλη αποδοση στη ψυξη, αρκετα δυνατο και αρκετα αθορυβο. Σε θερμανση δεν εχει δοκιμαστει. Η λειτουργια μεσω wifi σου λυνει τα χερια. Καποιες φορες δεν μπορει να συνδεθει και χρειαζεται να προσπαθησεις λιγο παραπανω αλλα το αποτελεσμα σε αποζημιωνει. Αγορα στα 600€ (μαζι με την τοποθετηση) απο μεγαλη γνωστη αλυσιδα.
Update: Μετα απο 2+ χρονια ξεκινησε να κανει κατι διακριτικους θορυβους (κατα κυριο λογο στη μεγαλη σκαλα). Επισης πολλες φορες σταματαει να δουλευει μονο του. Εκει που δουλευει δηλαδη ξαφνικα κλεινει απο μονο του. Στις ερωτησεις ειδα οτι το εχουν και αλλοι αυτο το θεμα. Το εβγαλα απο τη πριζα και το ξαναεβαλα μετα απο ωρα αλλα το προβλημα δεν λυθηκε και δυσατυχως ειμαι και εκτος εγγυησης για τα παραπανω προβληματα. Επισης η εφαρμογη για το wifi πλεον 1 δουλευει και 9 δεν κανει ουτε login. Αλλαζω τη κριτικη απο 5 σε 3 αστερια

Μολις το εγκατεστησα. Μεγεθος εσωτερικης μοναδας τεραστιο οπως επισης και εξωτερικης. Απο λειτουργιες στο χειριστηριο εχει πολλες οπως ρυθμιση περσιδων πανω κατω δεξια αριστερα wifi κτλ. Απο θορυβο μια μοναδα σαν αυτη στα 24 οκ βγαζει καποιο θορυβο ο οποιος ειναι σχετικος αναλογα τον καθε εναν χρηστη.Η εφαρμογη του wifi ειναι η EWPE SMART η οποια με λιγο υπομονη συνδεετε γρηγορα και εκει σε πολυ καλο interface σου δινει ακομη περισσοτερες λειτουργειες οπως η 8c λειτουργεια για συντηρηση του χωρου το χειμωνα. Περι πλακετων το θεμα ο χρονος θα δειξει και ολα ειναι σχετικα. Σαν κατασκευη προς το παρον στο τεσταρισμα φαινεται στιβαρο χωρις τριγμους κτλ.

Αμεση θερμανση και ψυξη σε χωρο 50 τετραγωνικων. Το δουλευω ενα χρονο απροβληματιστα και ειμαι πολυ ευχαριστημενος. Λιγο θορυβωδες αλλα αποδεκτο!
update: κακης ποιοτητας πλαστικα. ραγιζουν μονα τους μετα απο 2 χρονια χρησης. Τα αλλαξα και παλι συμβαινει σιγα σιγα το ιδιο, κατα τα αλλα οσον αφορα την αποδοση μια χαρα.
It does what it's supposed to do (winter/heating, for now), but it makes A LOT of noise and, moreover, when the room reaches the desired temperature instead of significantly reducing the fan speed, it blows out lukewarm air at high speed. This means that it continues to make noise, at least more than it would if it reduced the speed and not the temperature of the outgoing air. ALL the other AC units I have (Inventor good series, CooperHunter good series, Corona 25-year anniversary but fully made in Japan) do the exact opposite: they reduce the fan speed significantly (thus reducing the noise) while still blowing out hot air.
UPDATE see below.
BUT I have the following issue: in the last 4 uses, 3 times it has stopped working on its own, without anyone touching either the remote control or the wifi (I live alone). And it happened in different scenarios:
a) after working steadily for 3-4 hours.
b) when I turned it on, after the outdoor unit started but before the indoor unit started blowing (within the first 5 minutes).
c) 10-15 minutes after it started working.
UPDATE 21/3/19
Following the advice of the dealership, "unplug it completely for about an hour to reset the circuit board in case it has encountered a glitch," and so it was done and the problem stopped. Why this happens in a new and good machine and how acceptable it is, is another issue...
But I also have the following (I assume, because it doesn't seem correct to me) issue, which it has been doing from the beginning and continues to do:
When it approaches the desired temperature, it reduces its operating speed to medium with lukewarm air (thus it continues to make noise, as I mentioned at the beginning). When it REACHES the desired temperature (either with the machine's sensor or with i-sense), it completely stops for a considerable amount of time (as if it were conventional on-off and not inverter), freezing the living room, and then starts again at full speed and then medium, until it stops completely. It does not maintain a minimum operating speed to keep the temperature stable. I have not seen this in any inverter machine that has passed through my hands, ALL of which, when the room reaches the desired temperature, reduce their speed significantly but continue to blow out hot air and maintain the temperature.
Κάνει αυτά που πρέπει να κάνει (χειμώνα/θέρμανση, προς το παρόν), αλλά κάνει ΠΟΛΥ θόρυβο και μάλιστα όταν το δωμάτιο πιάσει θερμοκρασία αντί να ρίξει σημαντικά τη ταχύτητα του ανεμιστήρα, βγάζει χλιαρότερο αέρα με μεγάλη ταχύτητα. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι συνεχίζει να έχει θόρυβο, τουλάχιστον περισσότερο από όσο θα είχε αν έριχνε τη ταχύτητα και όχι τη θερμοκρασία του εξερχόμενου αέρα. ΟΛΑ τα άλλα AC που έχω (Inventor καλή σειρά, CooperHunter καλή σειρά, Corona 25ετίας αλλά fully made in Japan) κάνουν ακριβώς το ανάποδο: ρίχνουν πολύ τη ταχύτητα του αέρα (άρα μειώνεται ο θόρυβος) συνεχίζοντας να βγάζουν πολύ θερμό αέρα.
UPDATE βλέπε πιο κάτω.
ΑΛΛΑ έχω το εξής θέμα: στις τελευταίες 4 χρήσεις, τις 3 φορές έχει σταματήσει από μόνο του να δουλεύει, χωρίς να πειράξει κανείς (ζω μόνος) είτε το χειριστήριο, είτε το wifi. Και μάλιστα σε διαφορετικά σενάρια:
α) αφού δούλευε σταθερά για 3-4 ώρες.
β) όταν το άναψα, αφού πήρε η εξωτερική μονάδα αλλά πριν καν ξεκινήσει η εσωτερική να φυσάει (δηλαδή μέσα στο 5λεπτο).
γ) 10-15 λεπτά αφού είχε ξεκινήσει να δουλεύει.
UPDATE 21/3/19
Κατόπιν συμβουλής της αντιπροσωπείας, "βγάλτο από το ρεύμα τελείως για καμμιά ώρα να κάνει reset η πλακέτα μπας και έχει φάει κάνα σκάλωμα", και έτσι έγινε και σταμάτησε το πρόβλημα. Το γιατί να συμβαίνει σε καινούριο και καλό μηχάνημα και πόσο είναι αποδεκτό, είναι άλλο θέμα...
Αλλά έχω και το παρακάτω (υποθέτω, γιατί εμένα δεν μου στέκει ως ορθή λειτουργία) πρόβλημα, που επίσης μου έκανε από την αρχή και συνεχίζει να κάνει:
Όταν πλησιάζει τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία ρίχνει τις στροφές λειτουργίας του πχ στη μέτρια ταχύτητα με χλιαρό αέρα (άρα συνεχίζει να κάνει θόρυβο, όπως γράφω στην αρχή). Όταν ΠΙΑΣΕΙ τη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία (είτε με το σένσορα του μηχανήματος είτε με το i-sense), σταματάει ΤΕΛΕΙΩΣ για αρκετή ώρα (σαν να ήταν συμβατικό on-off και όχι inverter), παγώνει το σαλόνι, και μετά φτου από την αρχή με τέρμα γκάζι και μετά μέτριο, μέχρι πάλι να σταματήσει τελείως. Δεν κρατάει δηλαδή μια ελάχιστη ταχύτητα λειτουργίας ώστε να διατηρεί τη θερμοκρασία σταθερή. Αυτό δεν το έχω δει σε κανένα μηχάνημα inverter που έχει περάσει από τα χέρια μου, τα οποία ΟΛΑ όταν φτάσει το δωμάτιο στη ζητούμενη θερμοκρασία ρίχνουν τη ταχύτητά τους πολύ χαμηλά αλλά συνεχίζουν να βγάζουν ζεστό αέρα και να διατηρούν τη θερμοκρασία.

Αγορα Δεκέμβριος 2018. Πολυ δυνατό δοκιμασμένο μόνο σε θέρμανση. Σε 5 λεπτά διαμέρισμα 54 τετρ με καλη μονωση το κάνει φούρνο με 4 βαθμούς έξω. Το μόνο του μειονέκτημα είναι θορυβώδες, εκτός εάν το γυρίσεις στη λειτουργία quite.

However, with the Kuro, the problem is significant. For the amount of money it costs, it has very poor quality plastic. I understand this myself and my ears confirm it. Regarding the issue, I contacted the dealership and they sent a technician to examine it. Fortunately, the employees did not dismiss me and told me they would pass on what they heard. Unfortunately, no one followed up with me for over a month after that visit.
With this experience, I postponed the purchase of 2 more of the same air conditioners and turned to another company. I would not recommend buying it, especially for installation in bedrooms.
Lastly, regarding the WiFi application, it disconnects whenever it wants, as others have also mentioned.
Μετά από 8 μήνες χρήσης του μπορώ να σας πω τα εξής. Σε θέμα απόδοσης ψύξης - θέρμανσης δεν έχω κανένα πρόβλημα. Αυτό που παρατήρησα και θεωρώ απαράδεκτο είναι ο θόρυβος που κάνουν τα πλαστικά του κατατγν διάρκεια λειτουργίας σε θέρμανση και αμέσως μετά. Ένα πράγμα σαν να παιζει κλακέτες. Εν ώρα ύπνου ειδικά καταντά απαγορευτική η λειτουργία του. Έχοντας αγοράσει αρκετά Κλιματιστικά, το θέμα με τις συστολες - διαστολες είναι γνωστό. Στην περίπτωση του Kuro όμως το πρόβλημα είναι μεγάλο. Για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει έχει πολύ κακής ποιότητας πλαστικά. Αυτό καταλαβαίνω εγώ και τα αυτιά μου. Σε αναφορά του θέματος στην αντιπροσωπεία, μου έστειλαν συνεργείο για να εξετάσουν το θέμα. Ευτυχώς οι υπάλληλοι δεν με έβγαλαν τρελό και μου είπαν ότι θα μεταφέρουν ότι άκουσαν. Δυστυχώς δεν ασχολήθηκε κάνεις μαζί μου ένα μήνα και παραπάνω από την επίσκεψη αυτή.
Με την εμπειρία αυτή, ανέβαλλα την αγορά άλλων 2 ίδιων κλιματιστικών και απευθύνθηκα σε άλλη εταιρεία. Δεν θα συστηνα την αγορά του και ειδικά για τοποθέτηση σε υπνοδωμάτια.
Τέλος για την εφαρμογή WiFi ότι αποσυνδέεται οπότε θέλει, το έχουν πει και άλλοι.

Από την πρώτη μέρα έκανε θόρυβο, πλαστικά που τρίζουν και ακουγόταν ο ανεμιστήρας, με το πέρασμα του χρόνου ο θόρυβος αυξήθηκε, από τα 2 χρόνια κ έπειτα (αφού έληξε η εγγύηση) ο θόρυβος άρχισε να γίνεται ανυπόφορος , εντόπισα το πρόβλημα στο μοτέρ του εσωτερικού ανεμιστήρα ( τα έδρανα των ρουλεμάν είναι κακά με αποτέλεσμα ο ρότορας να ταλαντώνεται και να γρανιάρει} το οποίο σε σχέση με άλλα κλιματιστικά αφαιρείται δύσκολα και ακόμα πιο δύσκολα το βρίσκεις να το αγοράσεις. Σε πρώτη φάση το επισκεύασα, , αλλά κράτησε ένα χρόνο. Σε ότι αφορά την απόδοση είναι εντάξει αλλά τι να το κάνεις αν σε ζαλίζει ο θόρυβος του και αναγκάζεσαι να αλλάξεις μοτέρ;
