    I bought it on 25.07.2019 mainly for heating at 419€, it was installed in a bedroom. Both the external and internal units are quite large for a 9,000 BTU air conditioner.

    Internal Unit:
    - Quite sleek, although I had the impression that there are also blue LED lights on the right and left as they promote (they don't exist or at least they don't light up on mine).
    - The internal unit takes about 7-8 seconds to open.
    - Quiet in quiet mode, you can sleep without any problem, the noise increases on the higher settings but it's fine.
    - I have only tested it for cooling so far.

    Remote Control: Very large, the buttons are also large. The cover doesn't fit well (maybe it's a problem with mine, I will contact the company), I would also like the buttons to be illuminated.

    External Unit: It makes quite a bit of noise for a 9,000 BTU unit.

    Conclusion: After 2 months of research, at 419€ with these features, there is nothing better on the market. From what I have seen so far, I highly recommend it.

    I bought it just for cooling in July 2019 from Thessaloniki for €419 (special offer - 20 days later the lowest price is €550 and the most common is €650). The independent installer who set it up was impressed by the large size of the compressor, the excellent build quality and plastics, the high efficiencies (cooling A+++ / SEER 8.5 with Eurovent certification), and the special features (presence detection, wifi, etc.). At the price I got it, it is the absolute bargain!

    Update Oct 2020: I have had it for 15 months now and have used it for both heating and cooling. It performs excellently! The only strange thing is some mysterious noises it makes when it turns on and off. It’s from the various plastic covers it has, which move with little motors and make some complex movements. I am very satisfied.

    Update Nov 2024: No problems after 5+ years with only basic maintenance (cleaning filters)

    I bought it on 25.07.2019 mainly for heating at 419€, it was installed in a bedroom. Both the external and internal units are quite large for a 9,000 BTU air conditioner.

    Internal Unit:
    - Quite sleek, although I had the impression that there are also blue LED lights on the right and left as they promote (they don't exist or at least they don't light up on mine).
    - The internal unit takes about 7-8 seconds to open.
    - Quiet in quiet mode, you can sleep without any problem, the noise increases on the higher settings but it's fine.
    - I have only tested it for cooling so far.

    Remote Control: Very large, the buttons are also large. The cover doesn't fit well (maybe it's a problem with mine, I will contact the company), I would also like the buttons to be illuminated.

    External Unit: It makes quite a bit of noise for a 9,000 BTU unit.

    Conclusion: After 2 months of research, at 419€ with these features, there is nothing better on the market. From what I have seen so far, I highly recommend it.

    I bought it just for cooling in July 2019 from Thessaloniki for €419 (special offer - 20 days later the lowest price is €550 and the most common is €650). The independent installer who set it up was impressed by the large size of the compressor, the excellent build quality and plastics, the high efficiencies (cooling A+++ / SEER 8.5 with Eurovent certification), and the special features (presence detection, wifi, etc.). At the price I got it, it is the absolute bargain!

    Update Oct 2020: I have had it for 15 months now and have used it for both heating and cooling. It performs excellently! The only strange thing is some mysterious noises it makes when it turns on and off. It’s from the various plastic covers it has, which move with little motors and make some complex movements. I am very satisfied.

    Update Nov 2024: No problems after 5+ years with only basic maintenance (cleaning filters)
