    We purchased the product directly from the dealership. The product was delivered on time, everything was OK.
    When we connected it, we noticed that the TOP part was COLD for the white wines and the bottom part was WARM for the red wines. Confusing, because we thought the top part would be for the reds and the bottom for the whites, according to the laws of physics. Also, the top part can fit fewer wines than the bottom, so the fridge is more suitable for reds than for whites.

    So far, everything is OK.

    After it started functioning, we placed an electronic thermometer inside (calibrated!) and noticed that the differences between the actual and selected temperatures were very large. We had selected 9oC and the actual temperature ranged from 10oC to 14oC!!!

    We contacted AMOIRIDIS-SABBIDIS to report the problem and their response was "Is the wine served to the customer at the correct temperature?"!! Unacceptable claim!

    The positive thing is that they agreed to take the product back and give us our money back.

    Unacceptable for a wine fridge worth over EUR 500
