The plug, while looking impressive and sturdy in the photos, when you hold it in your hands, you realize that it is simply heavy with very poor quality materials. Specifically, I applied minimal pressure to the screw that holds the back stem to unscrew it, and immediately the threads of the cross started to strip, as seen in the photo. There are much better plugs out there for less than half the price. This rating is, of course, related to the 5 euros they ask for each plug. 1.5 to 2 euros would better reflect the quality of construction.

For an 8mm cable diameter, it is a very good choice, with good cable support and a safety system on the RCA to prevent it from easily coming out of the amplifier or CD player connection.
