Today I received the replacement (there was no significant delay, subtract 2 days due to the weekend and another one because I was not at my office yesterday to receive it). The shipping was also extremely helpful.
The new device is complete and works perfectly. The previous malfunction was undoubtedly due to a bad moment of the merchant and certainly not of Skroutz.

My experience is unpleasant. I received the device WITHOUT the mentioned accompanying accessories on the website!

Overall, the device is quite good. I have had four others so far, 2 from Skroutz, and I am quite satisfied. The only "asterisk" is that the last one, purchased just 7 months ago, suddenly "died," while the previous one works perfectly for 30 months, with only a slight decrease in battery life, while the older ones, even with significantly reduced battery life (logical after so many years), continue to function.

The resistances break down every 10-12 ml when they should last an average of 25-30 ml. Additionally, after 4-5 consecutive puffs, it overheats and can become liquid. The battery lasts about half a day, which is good. The vapor it produces is satisfactory for the money you pay. After one day of use, the mouthpiece turns brown. I had an issue with phlegm when using regular cigarettes, so I bought this, but I constantly spit out yellow liquid... This means it doesn't vaporize the liquid well. Also, the taste deteriorates after the first 5-6 ml, so about one or two days later it becomes slightly burnt. I've had it for almost a month and I've already bought another electronic cigarette because it can't handle more, it becomes unbearable. But again, for this price, you don't have any other solution. The only good thing it has done for me is that I haven't smoked a cigarette in a month now. And I take care of it as much as anyone else, but still... get something more expensive, around 40 euros like I did, because it's a waste of money. You'll throw it away within a month. That's it. It's not even worth 15 euros, especially for people who are just starting with electronic cigarettes. I used to spend 30 euros a month on smoking regular cigarettes, which is about 5-10 cigarettes a day. Now with this, because it burns the resistances every 10-12 ml and (something I forgot to mention is that the liquid deteriorates too quickly), in one month it cost me around 60 to 65 euros to use it, as I mentioned before. Get something more expensive in an electronic cigarette and you'll recover the cost within a month. From my perspective, it's not worth it
