excellent, balanced taste and as mentioned in another review, the reduced flow in coffee machines is addressed by inserting the capsule twice, so that the little holes open better ;)
Ipanema has become one of my favorite coffees. Any afternoon or evening when I want to have a coffee as company, surf the internet, and not get agitated from caffeine, its decaffeine is perfect.
It doesn't produce almost anything, it puts pressure on the machine and in order to get something more out of it, you have to switch to the double function.
Great attention, all capsules of the KAWA group, namely IPANEMA and UTOPIA, have a manufacturing error and the flow in the Nespresso machine does not run correctly, while it applies strong pressure causing a very loud noise. Tested on 2 different machines and with both brands (ipanema and utopia) and I have recorded a video which I have sent to both the merchant and the manufacturing company (KAWA) and I am awaiting a response. The capsules I have are dated 15/09/2021.
The company acknowledged the mistake and credited the full value of the purchase at 100%. I hope they learn from their mistakes and create better, not so cheap capsules.

The creamy and tastefully balanced body of Ipanema Espresso Decaffeinated, with its low acidity, rich aroma, and sweet aftertaste of orange and honey, transforms our simple, everyday moments into unique, delightful coffee experiences.
