Viticulture has been a tradition for the Bairaktaris family, passed down from generation to generation, with care for the land and its fruits. The Bairaktaris Estate, a family business, was founded in 2005, based on its privately-owned vineyards in Nemea. Here, the exceptional ecosystem and microclimate, combined with the clayey soil, contribute to the creation of the region's renowned wines.

The Estate's philosophy focuses on the natural cultivation of the vineyards, ensuring the excellent quality of the grapes. The winemaking is carried out with natural methods, without fermentation additives, offering wines with rich and long-lasting aromas.

The 100% Kidonitsa wine comes from a vineyard in Mountainous Corinthia at an altitude of 600m, from 20-year-old vines. A special white winemaking technique is used that highlights the characteristics of the variety and the unique terroir of the area. The grapes are cold-processed with a brief cold maceration followed by minimally invasive fermentation. The final product undergoes only light filtration to maintain the variety's character.
