A twisted story of shamanic sodomites and the monsters they create, and of the man with a lizard-like head who hunts the shamans and ignites a dark and bloody war between two worlds. In a city so sorrowful that it is known only as the Pit, a tribe of shamans has begun to snatch people from the streets to use them as test subjects in grotesque experiments with the dark arts. In a dark alley, Nikaido finds Kaiman, a man with a lizard-like head and severe amnesia. To break the curse, they hunt and kill the shamans in the Pit, hoping to eventually kill the right one. But when En, the shaman chief, learns about a lizard-man slaughtering his people, he sends a team of cleaners to the Pit, sparking a war between two worlds. Within the nightmare surrounding the Central Mall, En returns, realizing his family's wish. But his loyal members are either dead or shattered, so if En wants to start anew, can they do something to help him? Meanwhile, Kaiman battles the leader of the Cross-Eyes, Nikaido has been captured, and Kasunkambe is nearly dead. Then, in a life-and-death situation, something inexplicable occurs to Kaiman!
