This tsikoudia is the essence of the finest Cretan grapes, from selected vineyards. Their distillate offers a perfectly balanced aftertaste and its characteristic, intense and strong aroma. It is produced using the method of discontinuous distillation in a copper fractional still, in Rethymno. Ideally served at 12 degrees Celsius, allowing it to rest in the glass for a few minutes.
