10-year warranty, without covering the circuit board!
It develops a problem with the circuit board between 2 and 6 years (standard, see related forums) with a repair cost of 280€ from an authorized Samsung service center (the purchase of the circuit board costs 115€) and then say goodbye to the washing machine! In 5.5 years, the first circuit board malfunctioned. I replaced it, and within 2 months, it burned two more!!!
And I'm going for another washing machine, that simple!
Oh, something important! The weight indicated is under restrictions... Each clothing category has a different, lower limit.

    In a few weeks the motherboard broke, it was under warranty but when they changed it things got worse, after the 3rd motherboard the washing machine works, the last two years and nine months, but not with all programs. Stay away from Samsung white goods (for the rest I don't know) never again. WW5000J Washing Machine with Eco Bubble™, 8 kg I bought and Samsung RS67A8810S9/EF refrigerator after two years and eight months the compressor broke and the service could not repair it (purchase price 8/2021 €1495 not to mention), even though they advertise 10 years warranty if the liquids are lost from the circuit only 2 years apply. They offered me a new one for 420€, unacceptable for a company that I thought was worth it.

    Stay away from this washing machine.
    A complaint will be filed with the consumer advocate.
    Unbelievable noise when in use. The technician blamed it on the way it was being used, as did the call center. Nevertheless, they took it for repair, fixed it, and brought it back after a month, but the noise and movement continued.
    Another technician came, full of sarcasm from the Samsung technician, again blaming the way it was being used. However, they found a problem for repair. It took them 1 week to bring it back because even though they repaired it in 2 days, Samsung couldn't find their transportation to bring it. The washing machine came back supposedly repaired and presented the same problem. I doubt if it was actually repaired. A complaint will be filed against Samsung with the consumer advocate for unacceptable service and selling a defective product.

    Unfortunately, the washing machine does not spin the clothes when it is not full. I have tried countless times with different combinations of speeds, but the result is the same. The drum rotates very slowly and simply moves the clothes without accelerating to spin them, and without stopping, resulting in it working for hours on end until I manually stop it, and of course, the clothes are still wet. As for washing a bath mat, it's out of the question, it simply cannot be done.

    Very good washing machine! We have had it for a month and it has saved me! Its disadvantages are that it is not 9kg in all programs and that it does not weigh your clothes, so basically you don't know how many clothes to put in to wash them properly in each program. The quick program is amazing, especially if you have a small child!! Also, when it stacks the clothes, it is very quiet and does not move at all!     Unbelievable noise when in use. The technician blamed it on the way it was being used, as did the call center. Nevertheless, they took it for repair, fixed it, and brought it back after a month, but the noise and movement continued.
    Another technician came, full of sarcasm from the Samsung technician, again blaming the way it was being used. However, they found a problem for repair. It took them 1 week to bring it back because even though they repaired it in 2 days, Samsung couldn't find their transportation to bring it. The washing machine came back supposedly repaired and presented the same problem. I doubt if it was actually repaired. A complaint will be filed against Samsung with the consumer advocate for unacceptable service and selling a defective product.

    Unfortunately, the washing machine does not spin the clothes when it is not full. I have tried countless times with different combinations of speeds, but the result is the same. The drum rotates very slowly and simply moves the clothes without accelerating to spin them, and without stopping, resulting in it working for hours on end until I manually stop it, and of course, the clothes are still wet. As for washing a bath mat, it's out of the question, it simply cannot be done.

10-year warranty, without covering the circuit board!
It develops a problem with the circuit board between 2 and 6 years (standard, see related forums) with a repair cost of 280€ from an authorized Samsung service center (the purchase of the circuit board costs 115€) and then say goodbye to the washing machine! In 5.5 years, the first circuit board malfunctioned. I replaced it, and within 2 months, it burned two more!!!
And I'm going for another washing machine, that simple!
Oh, something important! The weight indicated is under restrictions... Each clothing category has a different, lower limit.

    In a few weeks the motherboard broke, it was under warranty but when they changed it things got worse, after the 3rd motherboard the washing machine works, the last two years and nine months, but not with all programs. Stay away from Samsung white goods (for the rest I don't know) never again.     Very good washing machine, completely silent, it works like a freezer. A king-size blanket fits comfortably, it washes very well (of course with good detergent).     Very good washing machine! We have had it for a month and it has saved me! Its disadvantages are that it is not 9kg in all programs and that it does not weigh your clothes, so basically you don't know how many clothes to put in to wash them properly in each program. The quick program is amazing, especially if you have a small child!! Also, when it stacks the clothes, it is very quiet and does not move at all! I was worried because other washing machines go for a spin!

    Unbelievable noise when in use. The technician blamed it on the way it was being used, as did the call center. Nevertheless, they took it for repair, fixed it, and brought it back after a month, but the noise and movement continued.
    Another technician came, full of sarcasm from the Samsung technician, again blaming the way it was being used. However, they found a problem for repair. It took them 1 week to bring it back because even though they repaired it in 2 days, Samsung couldn't find their transportation to bring it. The washing machine came back supposedly repaired and presented the same problem. I doubt if it was actually repaired. A complaint will be filed against Samsung with the consumer advocate for unacceptable service and selling a defective product.

    Unfortunately, the washing machine does not spin the clothes when it is not full. I have tried countless times with different combinations of speeds, but the result is the same. The drum rotates very slowly and simply moves the clothes without accelerating to spin them, and without stopping, resulting in it working for hours on end until I manually stop it, and of course, the clothes are still wet. As for washing a bath mat, it's out of the question, it simply cannot be done.
