    It is a beautiful device aesthetically with a plethora of programs.
    Really the money you invest in marketing, give it to create a worthy and quality product, eventually everything made in China that brand brings is garbage.
    For 1 month the washing machine showed error E1 (installed for 7 months), on 06/09/2023 the technician from Service One diagnosed a problematic board, replacement was not approved and we proceeded to change the board. The spare part was not available, it took about two weeks after a lot of pressure.
    On 01/03/2024 during use it makes a deafening noise, I imagine we are heading for the trash can this time.
    My experience with the product is terrible and I definitely do not recommend it.

    Very good washing machine. It has plenty of programs. Of course, some are tragically long in duration. We're talking about a 3-hour wash ready to rinse away our sins. It also has shorter duration programs and until I find them by changing the selection button, I made DEH happy and secured a place in heaven due to washed sins. Enough space. We use it with 3 people. Parents and a child.
    Noise at satisfactory levels for the money. Construction quality is quite good for the money. Buttons of very good quality. Large door for easy loading and unloading. Overall, we are satisfied so far.
    I will come back in a few months.
