I received the Dutch oven (30cm red) and my first impression is excellent. Contrary to what I read here about it being small, I find the size very satisfactory and the Dutch oven is quite deep. It easily fits a large chicken with potatoes, maybe even two small ones. It is sturdy, with a metal knob, just right for the oven. Of course, it is quite heavy and care is needed to avoid damage.
However, the instructions on the packaging are generic and contradictory (they say no tomato and no soap, even though the cookware is sold as enameled). I refer @Mrs_WhoEver, @kokor7, @dimitris_koutsiaftis1255, @George_Venianakis, @Daphne__Conway, @Dim_Ka and @Catherine_Katopodi @Lamprini_Tourna3158 and @Γιαννα Ρουγγανακου to the "Questions" section below, where I have posted 3 specific questions about the coating, the use of acids (tomato), and the warranty.
I have also sent an email to the company but I don't know when they will reply.
If the answers I receive confirm that the cookware is indeed fully enameled (so the instructions on the paper are just the general/generic ones for the whole Estia cookware series), I will return with an update and upgrade to 5 stars without a second thought, as the construction is really very good.
