Very disappointing experience. The rug arrived already stained underneath the protective plastic wrapping, meaning it was sent in this condition before I even had the chance to use it. I tried repeatedly to clean it, but the stain could not be removed.

Instead of addressing the fact that a defective product was delivered, customer service refused the complaint based on a five-day reporting rule. The issue was not caused by use or damage after delivery — the product was defective from the moment it arrived.

A company should have basic quality control before shipping products and should take responsibility when customers receive faulty goods.

Definitely worth it, the color is a light beige, it's very pleasant to walk on, very warm and fluffy, cleans up quickly with a vacuum cleaner, despite the fact that I have a dog and it sheds hair, it cleans up quickly . I'm glad I bought it.

The rug was perfect, much better and of higher quality than I expected. It has a high pile and looks much more expensive than it was. Terrific value for money
