Ceylon cinnamon is considered the best quality cinnamon and stands out with its light brown color, fine pleasant aroma, and intense sweet flavor.

It differs from Indonesian cinnamon as it is lighter in color, has thinner layers folded inside its bark, and contains a much lower percentage of coumarin.

• Should not be used during pregnancy and by breastfeeding women.
