Review and Information, from personal experience with supplements. With these multivitamins, I noticed a difference in energy and strength from the first day. They do what they say without side effects. They are not very heavy on the stomach if you take them with your meal (with a good breakfast, which is the correct usage), you might not feel anything in your stomach. I have not seen any side effects, only positives. On very busy days, when after work I will also work out, I take one in the morning after my breakfast and one between lunch and my afternoon workout. For sports or heavy work, it is my best supplement. I combine them with Dymatize protein, Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega 3, Elpen Almora Energy electrolytes, and Quest Synergistic Magnesium+B6 for cramps, and not only have they not caused me any side effects, but since I started these supplements, I have seen (without exaggeration) a huge difference in everything. (strength, energy, well-being, endurance, mood, less fatigue, better sleep, and much faster recovery in the muscles). After a lot of searching and testing, I believe these are the best supplements in their categories. I take Omega 3 one or two after lunch and dinner. They all have dosages and usage instructions written on them, usually one after a meal and 2 pills a day. Protein one scoop/shaker every day with breakfast and one an hour before the workout when I exercise.
P.S. All supplements, the first two or three times you take them, you might feel them a little in your stomach when they start to dissolve, but then your body gets used to them, and if you take them after a meal, which is the correct way, you won't feel anything.
P.S. 2 Yes, it is a cost to take all these, but others spend more on cigarettes and a bunch of other junk that destroys you, so I don't even see it as a financial issue. You can skip Omega 3 and protein to make it much cheaper, and you will still be at high levels! Superman loading....
Κριτική και Πληροφορίες, από προσωπική εμπειρία με συμπληρώματα. Με τις πολυβιταμίνες αυτές.από τη πρώτη πρόσεξα διαφορά σε ενέργεια και δύναμη. Κάνουν αυτό που λένε χωρίς να έχουν παρενέργειες. Δεν είναι πολύ βαριές στο στομάχι,αν τις πάρεις με το γεύμα σου (με ένα καλό πρωινό γεύμα,που είναι και η σωστή χρήση), ίσως δε καταλάβεις τίποτα στο στομάχι. Δεν έχω δει παρενέργειες, παρά μόνο θετικά. Στις πολύ φορτωμένες μέρες,που μετά τη δουλειά. θα κάνω και γυμναστική, παίρνω μία το πρωί μετά το πρωινό μου γεύμα και μία μεταξύ του μεσημεριανού γεύματος και της απογευματινής προπόνησης. Για άθληση ή βαριά δουλειά, είναι το καλύτερο μου συμπλήρωμα. Τις συνδυάζω με Dymatize πρωτεΐνη,Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega 3,Elpen Almora Energy ηλεκτρολύτες και Quest Synergistic Magnesium+Β6 για τις κράμπες και όχι μόνο δε μου έχουν βγάλει καμία παρενέργεια αλλά από τότε που ξεκίνησα αυτά τα συμπληρώματα, έχω δει (χωρίς υπερβολή) τεράστια διαφορά στα πάντα. (δύναμη, ενέργεια,ευεξία,αντοχές,ψυχολογία,λιγότερη κούραση,καλύτερο ύπνο και πολύ πιο γρήγορη αποκατάσταση στους μυς). Μετά από πολύ ψάξιμο και δοκιμές, πιστεύω ότι αυτά, είναι τα καλύτερα συμπληρώματα στις κατηγορίες τους.Τα Ω3 τα παίρνω ένα ή δυο μετά το μεσημεριανό και το βραδυνό.Γράφουν όλα πάνω δοσολογίες και τρόπο χρήσης,συνήθως ένα μετά απο γεύμα και 2 χάπια τη μέρα.Πρωτείνη ένα σκουπ/σέικερ κάθε μέρα με το πρωινό και ένα μια ώρα πριν τη προπόνηση όταν γυμνάζομαι.
ΥΓ Όλα τα συμπληρώματα,τις πρώτες δυο-τρεις φορές που θα τα πάρεις, ίσως τα νιώσεις πολύ λίγο στο στομάχι όταν αρχίσουν να λιώνουν, μετά όμως τα συνηθίζει ο οργανισμός και αν τα πάρεις και μετά από γεύμα που είναι το σωστό,δε καταλαβαίνεις τίποτα.
ΥΓ 2 Ναι, είναι κόστος να τα πάρεις όλα αυτά, αλλά άλλοι πετάνε πιο πολλά σε τσιγάρα και ένα σωρό άλλα σκουπίδια που σε διαλύουν,οπότε δε το βλέπω καν το οικονομικό.Μπορείτε να αποφύγετε τα Ω3 και τη πρωτείνη, ώστε να σας βγει πολύ πιο φτηνά και θα είστε πάλι σε ψηλά επίπεδα! Superman loading....
