The height of the user should be included in the specifications for these machines. Up to 1.77m you can use it satisfactorily, after that the range of use is limited (e.g. how much space you have to stretch your arms with the bar or your legs on the lower pads). At 1.82m you lose about 20% of the movement that should be done correctly, unfortunately the seat is not height adjustable.
The wheels that drive the cables definitely need oiling, otherwise it just doesn't work. It is easily assembled with 3 wrenches, total time for 1 person is 5 hours - the instructions have minor mistakes but you notice them.
The total weights for exercise are more than enough. They could have included a leaflet with exercises, it's not a cost.
Overall, I wouldn't say it's the sturdiest construction, the threads at the locks and screws don't offer sturdiness but more of a modular construction feel.
If the price was at €350 it would be worth the money, at €400+ with shipping, you're better off getting an incline bench, a bar, and some weights.
It's not a purchase you'll regret but due to the average construction, it's also average value for money.
UPDATE 6 months later: It works just fine and hasn't had any problems, main issue is the dimensions with the height (if only the seat could go one click lower)
UPDATE 3 years later: The construction is fully functional and reliable, it hasn't caused me the slightest problem, I haven't maintained anything, I've added extra ropes for triceps and a handle for rowing.
Θα πρέπει σε αυτά τα μηχανήματα να μπει στις προδιαγραφές το ύψος του χρήστη. Μέχρι 1.77 πας ικανοποιητικά, μετά το έυρος χρήσης είναι περιορισμένο (πχ πόσο χώρο έχεις να τεντώσεις τα χέρια με τη μπάρα ή τα πόδια στα μαξιλάρια κάτω). Στο 1.82 χάνεις περίπου το 20% της κίνησης που θα έπρεπε να γίνεται σωστά, δυστυχώς το κάθισμα δε ρυθμίζεται καθ' ύψος.
Οι ρόδες που δίνουν κίνηση στα συρματόσχοινα θέλουν οπωσδήποτε λάδωμα αλλιώς απλά δε δουλεύει. Συναρμολογείται εύκολα με 3 κλειδιά, συνολικός χρόνος για 1 άτομο οι 5 ώρες - οι οδηγίες έχουν μικρολαθάκια αλλά οκ τα διαπιστώνεις.
Τα συνολικά βάρη για άσκηση είναι υπεραρκετά. Θα μπορούσαν να έχουν κ 1 φυλλάδιο με ασκήσεις μέσα, δεν είναι κόστος.
Γενικά δε θα έλεγα ότι είναι η πιο στιβαρή κατασκευή, τα πάσα στα κλειδώματα κ τις βίδες δεν προσφέρουν στιβαρότητα αλλά περισσότερο αίσθηση αρθρωτής κατασκευής.
Αν η τιμή ήταν στα 350€ θα άξιζε τα λεφτά του, στα 400+ με τα μεταφορικά χίλιες φορές να πάρεις 1 επικλινή πάγκο 1 μπάρα κ λίγα βάρη.
Δεν είναι αγορά που μετανοιώνεις αλλά λόγω της μέτριας κατασκευής είναι κ μέτρια value for money.
UPDATE 6 μήνες μετά: μια χαρά δουλειά κάνεις κ δεν έχει βγάλει κανένα πρόβλημα, κύρια ένσταση οι διαστάσεις με το ύψος (να μπορούσε να πάει το κάθισμα 1 κλικ πιο χαμηλά)
UPDATE 3 χρονιά μετά: η κατασκευή είναι λειτουργικότατη κ αξιόπιστη, δεν μου έχει δημιουργήσει το παραμικρό πρόβλημα, δεν έχω συντηρήσει τίποτα, έχω προσθέσει έξτρα σχοινιά για τρικεφαλα κ λαβή για κωπηλατική.
