I got the 10W 40. Very good oil, I put it in a Peugeot 106 rally 1,600cc. With all the other oils, the valve covers made a bit of noise, but as soon as I switched to this one, it stopped, and now I have it in for 8,000 kilometers.

I used the equivalent Liqui Moly in 10W-40 all summer successfully in an SX4 1.6LT petrol and put this 5W-40 for the winter. It doesn't burn any oil at all, the engine is quieter and slightly more economical than other oils. It suits this car better than many others I have tried.

In a Suzuki SX4 4x4, 10W-40 was put in today. It has a green color. I have tried many oils in the engine. I will return after some kilometers for new information. The engine, however, calmed down and seems to run more smoothly. After 500 km, consumption dropped by 0.5 liters. The engine is quiet for the usually noisy SX4, with good elasticity. So far, I have not used a better oil than this. After 2500 km and at various speeds, there is quietness in the engine and smooth operation. After 3500 km, there is almost no oil consumption. Noise is only slightly higher.
At 4000 km, the oil retains almost 80% of its properties and now I know it is very good for this particular engine. At 5000 km, when I changed the oil with the same type, it burned almost nothing. Although I am sure you can easily go 8000 km, I would recommend changing it at 5000 km because the longer you leave it, the more it gets contaminated with fuel, exhaust gases, and moisture from the engine's operation, and it starts to burn and make noise.
Σε Suzuki sx4 4x4 μπήκε σήμερα το 10W-40. Έχει πράσινο χρώμα. Έγω δοκιμάσει πολλά λάδια στον κινητήρα. Θα επανέλθω σε κάποια χλμ για νέες πληροφορίες. Ο κινητήρας πάντως ηρέμησε και φαίνεται να κυλάει ομαλότερα. Μετά από 500 χλμ , έπεσε η κατανάλωση κατά 0.5 λίτρα. Κινητήρας αθόρυβος για το θορυβώδες sx4 , καλή ελαστικότητα. Έως τώρα δεν έχω ξανά τοποθετήσει καλύτερο λάδι από αυτό. Μετά από 2500 χλμ και σε διάφορες ταχύτητες υπάρχει ησυχία σε κινητήρα και ομαλότητα στη λειτουργία. Μετά από 3500 χλμ δέν υπάρχει σχεδόν καθόλου κατανάλωση σε λάδι. Θόρυβος ελάχιστα μεγαλύτερος.
Στα 4000χλμ διατηρεί σχεδόν κατά 80% τα στοιχεία του το λάδι και τώρα γνωρίζω ότι είναι πάρα πολύ καλό για τον συγκεκριμένο κινητήρα. Στα 5000 χλμ που άλλαξα τα λάδια με τα ίδια, δεν έκαψε σχεδόν τίποτα. Αν και είμαι σίγουρος ότι μπορείς να το πας άνετα 8000 χλμ, θα το πρότεινα για αλλαγή σε 5000χλμ γιατί όσο πιο πολύ το αφήνεις , τόσο μολύνεται με καύσιμο, καυσαέρια και υγρασία από την λειτουργία του κινητήρα και ξεκινάει να σου καίει και να έχει θόρυβο.

10W30 in Grand Vitara with J20A with 200,000. The manufacturer recommends 5w30 / 10w30 / 10w40. For several years the engine worked with Motul 6100 10w40 which it burned (probably leaks from seals). Changes at 5000 since after 5k it burned much faster. I decided to try something more quality with much better specs and newer specifications. After a lot of research, I ended up with Molygen 10w30. I was very satisfied with the engine's operation and performance, but unfortunately it burns much faster than motul 6100. A very big difference.
Although usually in the first change from brand to brand an increased oil consumption may be observed, I believe that this large difference in consumption cannot be covered if I continue to use it.
I am thinking of trying the 10w40 molygen even though its specification is SL and the specs are slightly better than motul 6100

Για αρκετά χρόνια το μοτέρ δούλευε με Motul 6100 10w40 τα οποία τα έκαιγε (λογικά τα τσιμπάει από τσιμουχάκια). Οι αλλαγές στις 5000 μιας και μετά τις 5κ το έκαιγε αρκετά πιο γρήγορα. Είπα να δοκιμάσω κάτι πιο ποιοτικό με αρκετά καλύτερα specs και πιο καινούργιες προδιαγραφές. Μετά από αρκετό ψάξιμο κατέληξα στο Molygen 10w30. Έμεινα πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένος όσο αφορά την λειτουργία και την απόδοση του κινητήρα, αλλα, δυστυχώς το καίει αρκετά πιο γρήγορα απ ότι το motul 6100. Πολύ μεγάλη διαφορά.
Αν και συνήθως στην πρώτη αλλαγή από μάρκα σε μάρκα μπορεί να παρατηρηθεί μια αυξημένη κατανάλωση λαδιού, πιστεύω πώς αυτή η μεγάλη διαφορά στην κατανάλωση δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί εάν συνεχίσω να το χρησιμοποιώ.

I have been using it in my Seat Ibiza FR 1.2 (2014) (5w-40) consistently for over 5 years with oil changes every 10,000 km, and I have never seen it burn oil even though it has a VW engine. While I have used oils from other brands (without additives), I always end up coming back to this one because whenever I tried a different oil, I would hear the engine sounding like a tractor (even when I tried Liqui Moly Top Tec from the same brand). This specific oil already contains an additive for friction, so there is no need to add anything extra during oil changes. The truth is that it has a slightly higher price, but it delivers on its promises, so I choose it consistently.
I have also used it in a Mitsubishi Space Star/Mirage, again the 5w-40, and it seems to work just as effectively.
Το χρησιμοποιώ σε Seat Ibiza FR 1.2 (2014) (5w-40) σχεδόν σταθερά πάνω από 5 χρόνια με αλλαγές κάθε 10χλδς, πότε δεν είδα να καίει λάδι αν και φοράει κινητήρα vw. Ενώ έχω χρησιμοποιήσει και από άλλες εταιρείες λάδια (χωρίς πρόσθετα) αλλά πάλι κατέληγα σε αυτό, διότι μόλις έβαζα διαφορετικό λάδι άκουγα την μηχανή σαν τρακτέρ ( ακόμα και όταν δοκίμασα από την ίδια εταιρεία το liqui moly top tec). Το συγκεκριμένο περιέχει ήδη πρόσθετο για την τριβή επομένως δεν χρειάζεται αναγκαία να προσθέσετε κάτι extra κατά την αλλαγή λαδιών. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι έχει αρκετά τσιμπημένη τιμή αλλά κάνει ότι υπόσχεται οπότε το επιλέγω συστηματικά .
Το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει και σε Mitsubishi Space Star/Mirage πάλι το 5w-40 και φαίνεται να λειτουργεί το ίδιο αποτελεσματικά.
As for my own cars, they did not work properly (Yaris 2007) 5-30 (Elantra 2001 10-40). I have been satisfied with cheaper options. So, I believe that you pay for the marketing and not the quality.

Ακούγονταν τα ωστήρια σε εκκίνηση με κρύο, και όταν πρωτοέβαλα αυτό το λάδι και έκτοτε, σταμάτησαν όλοι οι θόρυβοι. Πιο απαλή και αθόρυβη λειτουργία μηχανής δεν γίνεται. audi a4 1.6 του 2000 συνολικά χιλιόμετρα 329,600. Το πήρα γιατί διάβασα καλές κριτικές και η μάρκα είναι αρκετά δυνατή και με διάφορα βραβεία στην Ευρώπη. Γενικότερα τσιμπάει το αυτοκίνητο και είπα να δώσω κάτι παραπάνω μπας και το διορθώσω. Πράγμα που δεν έγινε, ακριβώς το αντίθετο μεχρί την προγραμματισμένη αλλάγη υπολογίζω βάλω συνολικά 4 lt .. Μέχρι σήμερα έχω βάλει 2 και έχω άλλα τόσα χιλιόμετρα.. Σκέφτηκα να κάψει οτι είναι να κάψει να το καθαρίσει και μετά να πάω σε ενα πιο οικονομικό όπως το castrol gtx που είναι καλύτερο για παλιές μηχανές και στην μισή τιμή.
For now, it's working fine. The engine hasn't consumed any oil. Of course, we'll see in the future how good it really is. The price is a bit steep, to be honest, and I'm not so sure if the price difference reflects in the performance and engine protection.
Update 3/12/2023: I continue using it. It's a Nissan Primera 1600, year 1997, with around 290,000 kilometers. The car doesn't burn a drop, so it's in excellent condition.

I have been using it since it was almost introduced in the Greek market in a 2005 Citroen C2 VTS 1.6 with regular changes every 10,000 km, while according to the manufacturer it can reach up to 20,000 km.
It replaced another good oil in the same category, Bardahl XTC 5W-40, which also has similar characteristics and contains special detergents, but compared to the German product, it loses in performance and not just in certain areas.
It is one of the top products in the 5w-40 category, maybe even the best. It stands out for its effectiveness even in engines with high mileage.
From the basic indications and results that make it stand out compared to others, are the following:
Viscosity index - 180 DIN ISO 2909 (which is very high, meaning better flow, with the average in oils of similar quality not exceeding 175 and in others 160).
TBN - 11.3 mg KOH/g DIN ISO 3771 (It is the measurement of alkalinity, with the average in oils of similar quality being 11.0 and others 10.50).
HTHS at 150°C >= 3.5 mPas ASTM D 5481 (Measurement of viscosity at 150 degrees, meaning under harsh conditions of use. Almost all oils of similar quality have the same result).
This particular oil stands out for its Molygen cleaning additive, which has a crucial impact on the engine and has much better results compared to other brands (Motul, Total, Bardahl).
Liqui Moly sells the Molygen cleaning additive separately and it is also available in Skroutz's Fuel/Oil Additives.
As long as the manufacturer recommends the basic ACEA A3 ∙ ACEA B4 specifications, then it is the best choice and also the cheapest compared to other brands that do not achieve similar performance.

Excellent oil. It was put in a Toyota Auris and I can say that it works more quietly, especially at high speeds.
Update
After 10,000 kilometers of use and as the time for an oil change approached, I come back to say that during this whole period, the car has changed a lot for the better and of course, I will only use this specific oil again. Also, for those who claim that it is expensive, I would say that it is preferable to drink 3 fewer coffees a year than to go for something cheaper.

Μετά από 10.000χιλ χρήσης και καθώς έφτασε η αλλαγή επανέρχομαι για να πω ότι όλο αυτο το διάστημα το αυτοκίνητο έχει αλλάξει πολύ προς το καλύτερο και εννοειται θα ξανά βάλω μόνο το συγκεκριμένο λάδι. Επίσης για όσους γράφουν ότι είναι ακριβό να πω ότι είναι προτιμότερο να πιω 3 καφέδες λιγότερους το χρονο παρά να παω σε κάτι πιο φθηνό.
Very satisfied. The oil was put in a Micra K12 1.2 with 180,000 km. Whatever oil I had put before, the car was making noise after 3500 rpm. The soundproofing is also terrible and it was chaos.
As soon as the 5w40 Molygen was put in, it became much more refined. I also feel that it pulls better without any drama. My ears calmed down during the trip.
The car didn't lose any oil before, so I can't help if it burns less or more than before.
I bought it from a physical store that is an official importer in Greece and not from Skroutz.
The packaging shows that it is 100% genuine and I checked it with LIqui Moly by sending them an email with photos.
Overall, I am quite satisfied and I won't change it.
The only negative is that due to its color, it hasn't received any manufacturer approval and it is recommended, not approved.

Πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Το λάδι μπήκε σε micra k12 1.2 με 180000 km. Ότι λάδι και να είχα βάλει πριν το αμάξι βόγκαγε μετά τις 3500 στροφές. Έχει και χάλια ηχομόνωση και γινότανε χαμός.
Μόλις μπήκε το 5w40 Molygen έγινε πολύ πιο πολιτισμένο. Επίσης νιώθω οτι τραβάει και καλύτερα χωρίς δράματα. Στο ταξίδι ηρέμησαν τα αφτιά μου.
Το αμάξι και πριν δεν έχανε λάδια οπότε δεν μπορώ να βοηθήσω αν καίει λιγότερο ή περισσότερο από πριν.
Το πήρα από φυσικό κατάστημα που είναι επίσημος εισαγωγέας Ελλάδος και όχι από skroutz.
Η συσκευασία του δείχνει οτι είναι 100% γνήσιο και το έλεγξα και με την LIqui Moly στέλνοντάς της email με φωτογραφίες.
Σε γενικές γραμμές είμαι αρκετά ευχαριστημένος και δεν θα το αλλάξω.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ότι λόγω του χρώματος δεν έχει λάβει καμία έγκριση κατασκευαστή και είναι recommended και όχι approved.
Σε περίπτωση λοιπόν που έχεις καινούργιο και μέσα στην εγγύηση αυτοκίνητο πάρε κάτι που να είναι approved για την προδιαγραφή που σου δίνει ο κατασκευαστής για να έχει το κεφάλι σου ήσυχο.
Entered in a Daihatsu Coure after an engine flush with a corresponding product from the same company. From the first moment, one can understand that it is of high quality. The engine purrs and is not even audible at high revs. Easy morning start, the valves are barely audible. I have driven 3500 kilometers and it still hasn't burned any oil... usually, every 10,000 kilometers when I change it, it burns about 500 ml. I will come back for an update during the next oil change
Μπήκε σε daihatsu couore μετά από εσωτερική πλύση κινητήρα με αντίστοιχο προϊόν της ίδιας εταιρείας. Σαν λάδι από την πρώτη στιγμή καταλαβαίνει κάποιος ότι είναι ποιοτικό. Ο Κινητηρας γουργουριζει και δεν ακούγεται ακόμα και στις υψηλές στροφές.Ευκολες εκκίνησης το πρωί οι βαλβίδες δεν ακούγονται σχεδόν καθόλου. Έχω κάνει 3500 χιλιόμετρα και ακόμα δεν με έκαψε λαδακι.. συνήθως ανά 10000 που τα αλλάζω με καίει 500 ml περίπου.Θα επανέλθω για ενημέρωση κατά την νέα αλλαγή λαδιών
I put it in a 2005 Hyundai H1 with 300,000 kilometers. I always used oils that cost 12-13 euros because it was biting. The engine always made a noise at the start, and I thought that's how it is. Το έβαλα σε Hyundai H1 του 2005 με 300 χιλιάδες χιλιόμετρα. Έβαζα πάντα λάδια των 12 - 13 ευρώ επειδή τσίμπαγε κιόλας. Η μηχανή πάντα στα ξεκινηματα πρώτη δευτέρα βογκαγε και πίστευα πως έτσι είναι. Έκανα πρώτα πλύση με το Flush της Liqui Moly και μετά έβαλα τα Molygen. Ειλικρινά έπαθα πλάκα. Η μηχανή είναι απίστευτα αθόρυβη και στις ψηλές στροφές ακούγεται τελείως γλυκά. Ελπίζω να αλλάξει και η κατανάλωση λαδιού και θα τα βάζω για πάντα.

Αυτή τη φορά θα το κρατησω πανω απο 12.000 χλμ να δω σε τι κατασταση θα ειναι! 2025: και σε αλλαγη 12500 χλμ το λαδι βγηκε σα να ηταν καινουργιο!

I used the equivalent Liqui Moly in 10W-40 all summer successfully in an SX4 1.6LT petrol and put this 5W-40 for the winter. It doesn't burn any oil at all, the engine is quieter and slightly more economical than other oils. It suits this car better than many others I have tried.

Είναι άριστα συντηρημένο αλλά τσιμπάει αρκετό λάδι.
Πιθανόν έχουν ξεραθεί τα τσιμουχάκια βαλβίδων γιατί με κάμερα
που είδαμε μέσα πιστόνια κλπ φαίνονται ολοκαίνουργια κι η μηχανή ακούγεται ρολόι.
Δεν θέλω να ανοίξω τώρα καπάκι να τα αλλάξω,
θα το κάνω όταν κάνω αλλαγή ιμάντα χρονισμού μιας κι ο ιμάντας αλλάχτηκε στις 85000.
Ο προηγούμενος κάτοχος έβαζε το gm 5w-30 έκανε αλλαγές κάθε 5000 χλμ
και σίγουρα θα συμπλήρωνε.
Έβαλα το ίδιο λάδι για λίγο καιρό και είδα που έτρωγε κάθε 1000 γύρω στα 400 γραμ.
Ενας μηχανικός που στο παρελθόν τον εμπιστευόμουν
μου έβαλε στην αλλαγή το cyclon magma 5-30 που το έκαψε σαν τρελό.
Ξανά έβαλα το gm για λίγο καιρό μόνο που αυτή η αλλαγή το έκανε να καίει
περισσότερο απ΄ τις άλλες φορές γύρω στα 800 με 900 γραμ κάθε 1000 χλμ.
Μού προτάθηκε αντί του 5-30 να βάλω το Liqui Moly Molygen New Generation 5W-40
και διορθώθηκε λίγο το κάψιμο 200 με 300 γραμμάρια.
Βέβαια ο κατασκευαστής δικαιολογεί 600 γραμ στα 1000 χλμ.
Μήπως πρέπει να πάω στο Liqui Moly Molygen New Generation 10W-40,
να βάλω κάποιο άλλο λάδι ή σε κάθε αλλαγή να προσθέτω το Liqui Moly Oil Additive ;

In a Suzuki SX4 4x4, 10W-40 was put in today. It has a green color. I have tried many oils in the engine. I will return after some kilometers for new information. The engine, however, calmed down and seems to run more smoothly. After 500 km, consumption dropped by 0.5 liters. The engine is quiet for the usually noisy SX4, with good elasticity. So far, I have not used a better oil than this. After 2500 km and at various speeds, there is quietness in the engine and smooth operation. After 3500 km, there is almost no oil consumption. Noise is only slightly higher.
At 4000 km, the oil retains almost 80% of its properties and now I know it is very good for this particular engine. At 5000 km, when I changed the oil with the same type, it burned almost nothing. Although I am sure you can easily go 8000 km, I would recommend changing it at 5000 km because the longer you leave it, the more it gets contaminated with fuel, exhaust gases, and moisture from the engine's operation, and it starts to burn and make noise.
Σε Suzuki sx4 4x4 μπήκε σήμερα το 10W-40. Έχει πράσινο χρώμα. Έγω δοκιμάσει πολλά λάδια στον κινητήρα. Θα επανέλθω σε κάποια χλμ για νέες πληροφορίες. Ο κινητήρας πάντως ηρέμησε και φαίνεται να κυλάει ομαλότερα. Μετά από 500 χλμ , έπεσε η κατανάλωση κατά 0.5 λίτρα. Κινητήρας αθόρυβος για το θορυβώδες sx4 , καλή ελαστικότητα. Έως τώρα δεν έχω ξανά τοποθετήσει καλύτερο λάδι από αυτό. Μετά από 2500 χλμ και σε διάφορες ταχύτητες υπάρχει ησυχία σε κινητήρα και ομαλότητα στη λειτουργία. Μετά από 3500 χλμ δέν υπάρχει σχεδόν καθόλου κατανάλωση σε λάδι. Θόρυβος ελάχιστα μεγαλύτερος.
Στα 4000χλμ διατηρεί σχεδόν κατά 80% τα στοιχεία του το λάδι και τώρα γνωρίζω ότι είναι πάρα πολύ καλό για τον συγκεκριμένο κινητήρα. Στα 5000 χλμ που άλλαξα τα λάδια με τα ίδια, δεν έκαψε σχεδόν τίποτα. Αν και είμαι σίγουρος ότι μπορείς να το πας άνετα 8000 χλμ, θα το πρότεινα για αλλαγή σε 5000χλμ γιατί όσο πιο πολύ το αφήνεις , τόσο μολύνεται με καύσιμο, καυσαέρια και υγρασία από την λειτουργία του κινητήρα και ξεκινάει να σου καίει και να έχει θόρυβο.

10W30 in Grand Vitara with J20A with 200,000. The manufacturer recommends 5w30 / 10w30 / 10w40. For several years the engine worked with Motul 6100 10w40 which it burned (probably leaks from seals). Changes at 5000 since after 5k it burned much faster. I decided to try something more quality with much better specs and newer specifications. After a lot of research, I ended up with Molygen 10w30. I was very satisfied with the engine's operation and performance, but unfortunately it burns much faster than motul 6100. A very big difference.
Although usually in the first change from brand to brand an increased oil consumption may be observed, I believe that this large difference in consumption cannot be covered if I continue to use it.
I am thinking of trying the 10w40 molygen even though its specification is SL and the specs are slightly better than motul 6100
10W30 σε Grand Vitara με J20A με 200.000. Ο κατασκευαστής προτείνει 5w30 / 10w30 / 10w40. Για αρκετά χρόνια το μοτέρ δούλευε με Motul 6100 10w40 τα οποία τα έκαιγε (λογικά τα τσιμπάει από τσιμουχάκια). Οι αλλαγές στις 5000 μιας και μετά τις 5κ το έκαιγε αρκετά πιο γρήγορα. Είπα να δοκιμάσω κάτι πιο ποιοτικό με αρκετά καλύτερα specs και πιο καινούργιες προδιαγραφές. Μετά από αρκετό ψάξιμο κατέληξα στο Molygen 10w30. Έμεινα πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένος όσο αφορά την λειτουργία και την απόδοση του κινητήρα, αλλα, δυστυχώς το καίει αρκετά πιο γρήγορα απ ότι το motul 6100. Πολύ μεγάλη διαφορά.
Αν και συνήθως στην πρώτη αλλαγή από μάρκα σε μάρκα μπορεί να παρατηρηθεί μια αυξημένη κατανάλωση λαδιού, πιστεύω πώς αυτή η μεγάλη διαφορά στην κατανάλωση δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί εάν συνεχίσω να το χρησιμοποιώ.
Σκέφτομαι να δοκιμάσω το 10w40 molygen αν και η προδιαγραφή του είναι SL και τα specs λίγο καλύτερα από το motul 6100
I have been using it in my Seat Ibiza FR 1.2 (2014) (5w-40) consistently for over 5 years with oil changes every 10,000 km, and I have never seen it burn oil even though it has a VW engine. While I have used oils from other brands (without additives), I always end up coming back to this one because whenever I tried a different oil, I would hear the engine sounding like a tractor (even when I tried Liqui Moly Top Tec from the same brand). This specific oil already contains an additive for friction, so there is no need to add anything extra during oil changes. The truth is that it has a slightly higher price, but it delivers on its promises, so I choose it consistently.
I have also used it in a Mitsubishi Space Star/Mirage, again the 5w-40, and it seems to work just as effectively.

Ενώ έχω χρησιμοποιήσει και από άλλες εταιρείες λάδια (χωρίς πρόσθετα) αλλά πάλι κατέληγα σε αυτό, διότι μόλις έβαζα διαφορετικό λάδι άκουγα την μηχανή σαν τρακτέρ ( ακόμα και όταν δοκίμασα από την ίδια εταιρεία το liqui moly top tec). Το συγκεκριμένο περιέχει ήδη πρόσθετο για την τριβή επομένως δεν χρειάζεται αναγκαία να προσθέσετε κάτι extra κατά την αλλαγή λαδιών. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι έχει αρκετά τσιμπημένη τιμή αλλά κάνει ότι υπόσχεται οπότε το επιλέγω συστηματικά .
Το έχω χρησιμοποιήσει και σε Mitsubishi Space Star/Mirage πάλι το 5w-40 και φαίνεται να λειτουργεί το ίδιο αποτελεσματικά.
As for my own cars, they did not work properly (Yaris 2007) 5-30 (Elantra 2001 10-40). I have been satisfied with cheaper options. So, I believe that you pay for the marketing and not the quality.

audi a4 1.6 του 2000 συνολικά χιλιόμετρα 329,600. Το πήρα γιατί διάβασα καλές κριτικές και η μάρκα είναι αρκετά δυνατή και με διάφορα βραβεία στην Ευρώπη. Γενικότερα τσιμπάει το αυτοκίνητο και είπα να δώσω κάτι παραπάνω μπας και το διορθώσω. Πράγμα που δεν έγινε, ακριβώς το αντίθετο μεχρί την προγραμματισμένη αλλάγη υπολογίζω βάλω συνολικά 4 lt .. Μέχρι σήμερα έχω βάλει 2 και έχω άλλα τόσα χιλιόμετρα.. Σκέφτηκα να κάψει οτι είναι να κάψει να το καθαρίσει και μετά να πάω σε ενα πιο οικονομικό όπως το castrol gtx που είναι καλύτερο για παλιές μηχανές και στην μισή τιμή.
For now, it's working fine. The engine hasn't consumed any oil. Of course, we'll see in the future how good it really is. The price is a bit steep, to be honest, and I'm not so sure if the price difference reflects in the performance and engine protection.
Update 3/12/2023: I continue using it. It's a Nissan Primera 1600, year 1997, with around 290,000 kilometers. The car doesn't burn a drop, so it's in excellent condition.

I have been using it since it was almost introduced in the Greek market in a 2005 Citroen C2 VTS 1.6 with regular changes every 10,000 km, while according to the manufacturer it can reach up to 20,000 km.
It replaced another good oil in the same category, Bardahl XTC 5W-40, which also has similar characteristics and contains special detergents, but compared to the German product, it loses in performance and not just in certain areas.
It is one of the top products in the 5w-40 category, maybe even the best. It stands out for its effectiveness even in engines with high mileage.
From the basic indications and results that make it stand out compared to others, are the following:
Viscosity index - 180 DIN ISO 2909 (which is very high, meaning better flow, with the average in oils of similar quality not exceeding 175 and in others 160).
TBN - 11.3 mg KOH/g DIN ISO 3771 (It is the measurement of alkalinity, with the average in oils of similar quality being 11.0 and others 10.50).
HTHS at 150°C >= 3.5 mPas ASTM D 5481 (Measurement of viscosity at 150 degrees, meaning under harsh conditions of use. Almost all oils of similar quality have the same result).
This particular oil stands out for its Molygen cleaning additive, which has a crucial impact on the engine and has much better results compared to other brands (Motul, Total, Bardahl).
Liqui Moly sells the Molygen cleaning additive separately and it is also available in Skroutz's Fuel/Oil Additives.
As long as the manufacturer recommends the basic ACEA A3 ∙ ACEA B4 specifications, then it is the best choice and also the cheapest compared to other brands that do not achieve similar performance.

Η Liqui Moly το καθαριστικό Molygen το πουλάει και ξεχωριστά και υπάρχει στα Προσθετικά Καυσίμου/Λαδιού του Skroutz.
Εφ όσον ο κατασκευαστής προτείνει τις βασικές προδιαγραφές ACEA A3 ∙ ACEA B4 τότε είναι η καλύτερη επιλογή και μάλιστα είναι και η ποιο φθηνή από άλλες μάρκες που δεν φθάνουν σε ανάλογες αποδόσεις.

Excellent oil. It was put in a Toyota Auris and I can say that it works more quietly, especially at high speeds.
Update
After 10,000 kilometers of use and as the time for an oil change approached, I come back to say that during this whole period, the car has changed a lot for the better and of course, I will only use this specific oil again. Also, for those who claim that it is expensive, I would say that it is preferable to drink 3 fewer coffees a year than to go for something cheaper.

Μετά από 10.000χιλ χρήσης και καθώς έφτασε η αλλαγή επανέρχομαι για να πω ότι όλο αυτο το διάστημα το αυτοκίνητο έχει αλλάξει πολύ προς το καλύτερο και εννοειται θα ξανά βάλω μόνο το συγκεκριμένο λάδι. Επίσης για όσους γράφουν ότι είναι ακριβό να πω ότι είναι προτιμότερο να πιω 3 καφέδες λιγότερους το χρονο παρά να παω σε κάτι πιο φθηνό.
Very satisfied. The oil was put in a Micra K12 1.2 with 180,000 km. Whatever oil I had put before, the car was making noise after 3500 rpm. The soundproofing is also terrible and it was chaos.
As soon as the 5w40 Molygen was put in, it became much more refined. I also feel that it pulls better without any drama. My ears calmed down during the trip.
The car didn't lose any oil before, so I can't help if it burns less or more than before.
I bought it from a physical store that is an official importer in Greece and not from Skroutz.
The packaging shows that it is 100% genuine and I checked it with LIqui Moly by sending them an email with photos.
Overall, I am quite satisfied and I won't change it.
The only negative is that due to its color, it hasn't received any manufacturer approval and it is recommended, not approved.
So, in case you have a new car under warranty, get something that is approved for the specification given by the manufacturer to have peace of mind.
Πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Το λάδι μπήκε σε micra k12 1.2 με 180000 km. Ότι λάδι και να είχα βάλει πριν το αμάξι βόγκαγε μετά τις 3500 στροφές. Έχει και χάλια ηχομόνωση και γινότανε χαμός.
Μόλις μπήκε το 5w40 Molygen έγινε πολύ πιο πολιτισμένο. Επίσης νιώθω οτι τραβάει και καλύτερα χωρίς δράματα. Στο ταξίδι ηρέμησαν τα αφτιά μου.
Το αμάξι και πριν δεν έχανε λάδια οπότε δεν μπορώ να βοηθήσω αν καίει λιγότερο ή περισσότερο από πριν.
Το πήρα από φυσικό κατάστημα που είναι επίσημος εισαγωγέας Ελλάδος και όχι από skroutz.
Η συσκευασία του δείχνει οτι είναι 100% γνήσιο και το έλεγξα και με την LIqui Moly στέλνοντάς της email με φωτογραφίες.
Σε γενικές γραμμές είμαι αρκετά ευχαριστημένος και δεν θα το αλλάξω.
Το μόνο αρνητικό ότι λόγω του χρώματος δεν έχει λάβει καμία έγκριση κατασκευαστή και είναι recommended και όχι approved.
Σε περίπτωση λοιπόν που έχεις καινούργιο και μέσα στην εγγύηση αυτοκίνητο πάρε κάτι που να είναι approved για την προδιαγραφή που σου δίνει ο κατασκευαστής για να έχει το κεφάλι σου ήσυχο.
Entered in a Daihatsu Coure after an engine flush with a corresponding product from the same company. From the first moment, one can understand that it is of high quality. The engine purrs and is not even audible at high revs. Easy morning start, the valves are barely audible. I have driven 3500 kilometers and it still hasn't burned any oil... usually, every 10,000 kilometers when I change it, it burns about 500 ml. I will come back for an update during the next oil change

Ο Κινητηρας γουργουριζει και δεν ακούγεται ακόμα και στις υψηλές στροφές.Ευκολες εκκίνησης το πρωί οι βαλβίδες δεν ακούγονται σχεδόν καθόλου. I put it in a 2005 Hyundai H1 with 300,000 kilometers. I always used oils that cost 12-13 euros because it was biting. The engine always made a noise at the start, and I thought that's how it is. I first did a flush with Liqui Moly's Flush and then I put in the Molygen. Honestly, I was amazed. The engine is incredibly quiet and at high RPMs, it sounds completely sweet. I hope the oil consumption will also change, and I will use them forever.
Το έβαλα σε Hyundai H1 του 2005 με 300 χιλιάδες χιλιόμετρα. Έβαζα πάντα λάδια των 12 - 13 ευρώ επειδή τσίμπαγε κιόλας. Η μηχανή πάντα στα ξεκινηματα πρώτη δευτέρα βογκαγε και πίστευα πως έτσι είναι. Έκανα πρώτα πλύση με το Flush της Liqui Moly και μετά έβαλα τα Molygen. Ειλικρινά έπαθα πλάκα. Η μηχανή είναι απίστευτα αθόρυβη και στις ψηλές στροφές ακούγεται τελείως γλυκά. Ελπίζω να αλλάξει και η κατανάλωση λαδιού και θα τα βάζω για πάντα.

I use it in a 1999 Corolla with 290,000km for a year now, with viscosity 10/40. I push the car quite hard, especially during trips with heavy loads, etc. The oil is flawless!!! It doesn't burn a drop, the spark plugs are clean when changed, and in the morning, with half a throttle, it picks up speed smoothly and works quietly and smoothly like a warm engine. Σε ιξώδες 10/40 το βάζω σε ενα corolla 99" με 290000km εδώ και ένα χρόνο. Το αμάξι το πιέζω αρκετά, το λιώνω στο φόρτωμα στα ταξίδια κτλ. Το λάδι Άψογο!!! Δεν καίει σταγόνα, τα μπουζί είναι κατακαθαρα όταν αλλάζονται, το πρωί με μισή μιζια παίρνει μπρος και δουλεύει ήσυχα και βελούδινα σαν ζεστός.!!Αλλαγές κάθε 7500 τα κάνω και το λάδι έχει ζωή και άλλη. I used to use oil from the dealership and had a steady consumption of 80ml-100ml per 1,000km
Since I started using this oil and drove it for a few days and after a good run, the consumption per 1,000km is zero, the engine runs better and at high revs it doesn't "cough" but "sings". I highly recommend it, especially for engines with high mileage

Από τότε που έβαλα αυτό το λάδι και το κυκλοφόρησα για λίγες μέρες και μετά από ένα ξεμπουκωμα η κατανάλωση στα 1.000 είναι μηδενική το μοτέρ δουλεύει καλύτερα και στης ψηλές στροφές δεν «βήχει» αλλά «κελαηδάει» το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα ειδικά σε κινητήρες με πολλά χιλιόμετρα
First kilometers... I liked the engine and improved cold starts and performance. In my opinion, one of the top choices in 10w 40. I am waiting to see how the molygen works in the long term... Testimony from an acquaintance with an engine issue where there was noise after 3 months of use—the sound disappeared.

I got the 10W 40. Very good oil, I put it in a Peugeot 106 rally 1,600cc. With all the other oils, the valve covers made a bit of noise, but as soon as I switched to this one, it stopped, and now I have it in for 8,000 kilometers.

I used the equivalent Liqui Moly in 10W-40 all summer successfully in an SX4 1.6LT petrol and put this 5W-40 for the winter. It doesn't burn any oil at all, the engine is quieter and slightly more economical than other oils. It suits this car better than many others I have tried.
