What should I take with me?
During the holiday season, planning and choosing meals can be even more demanding when it comes to going camping. It is recommended that you bring a portable fridge, lunch bag, ice packs, thermos, camping stove, small pot, disposable plates and cutlery. Next, you will find smart suggestions for more nutritious meals, mainly for free camping!
For breakfast – a snack to take with me…
- Fresh fruit such as nectarine, peach, banana
- Nuts (almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, walnuts)
- Mix of dried fruits and nuts
- Fruit compotes
- Homemade cake or homemade cookies with oats
- Bread or whole-grain tortillas
- Honey/jam without sugar
- Nut butter without palm oil
- Crackers or breadsticks whole grain
- Pasteli or bars without sugar
