Acrylic paints, water-based, specifically designed for airbrush. The Model Air color range includes the most complete selection of military colors used in recent history, including colors from World War I and II to the present day. Each color is based on extensive research by experts regarding existing and previous military references, providing the modeler with the maximum possible historical accuracy.
Model Air can be applied directly or thinned with Vallejo Airbrush Thinner or Flow Improver. It is recommended to first prepare the surface and then apply Model Air in multiple layers. The paints dry very quickly and form a homogeneous color film with excellent durability, retaining even the smallest detail of the model.
For applying these paints with an airbrush, the recommended air pressure is 15 – 20 PSI or 0.5 to 1 kg. Model Air can of course also be applied with a brush. For proper maintenance of the airbrush, it is advisable to use Vallejo Airbrush Cleaner.
Safety: Model Air is non-flammable and does not contain solvents. For more information regarding product safety, please visit the corresponding page.
Packaging: Model Air is offered in 17 ml./0.57 fl.oz. bottles with a dropper. This packaging prevents evaporation and drying of the paint within the bottle, allowing it to be used in minimal amounts and to be stored for a long time.
